When Wild Wing Cafe needed someone to help untangle its complex restaurant technology setup, it sought out a vendor that could pick up the ball and run with it. After their internal IT support quit unexpectedly, HonorBuilt expedited our typical onboarding process and adopted a hands-on approach to learning the wing shop’s systems.
Since late 2019, HonorBuilt has supported 44 Wild Wing Cafe locations with Level 1 and Level 2 support. Because of our experience with a wide range of technologies and scenarios, we were able to figure out Wild Wing Cafe’s systems and ensure that they’re operating in the best condition for support. As a result, the restaurant’s teams spend less time handling technology issues and feel confident that any problems that arise will be quickly resolved.
